Long time no see, guys. So much has happened in these last months and I kinda lost a lot of steam from drawing and stuff. Now I'm slowly coming back. I'll answer most of the comments that are still on my list, but unfortunately, I won't be answering at all the llamas and +favs people left me. If anyone sees this and I haven't replied to you, please tell me and I'll make my best to answer you!

Why did you choose this username
Oh, that was actually my first nickname online (besides a variation on my own name). There was a church where I used to live, and they rang bells every day, at sunrise, noon and dawn. I was really fond of the sound of the bells, so I decided to use it as my handle! :3



I do not tag back, though - I cannot remember anyone I could tag right now! hahaha

i am literally the worst

let me tell you guys a little something: i actually don't like the bells-chan username anymore. it's a thing from my past and, even if i use it on some things, i'd really like to change everything eventually to my new preferred username: sugardot. it's cute, it's unique enough, and i have it as my tumblr address for, like, EVER. it would help people to find my account on dA easier and whatnot. i plan to eventually stop to reblog random stuff on that address and to post art on there very soon, actually, but that's other story.

well, i decided to look on dA's database, and of course, there is a sugardot already registered. it's, of course, a very old and abandoned account. i hold no grudges about this one, in fact. people make an account when they have like 13 to 15 years, then write some teen-poetry and odd drawings and photography, and then life goes on and this person has had completely forgotten about this account. heck, i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even forgot completely even about the e-mail they used to make the account!
and as dA doesn't deactivate old accounts, which is a thing they could do if they wanted to, i don't really mind. it's frustrating, but ok.

let's see. let's think of the next easy address.

well, sugar-dot is already taken as well!

imagine my surprise! almost nobody thinks about this username, it's quite uncommon - everytime sugardot isn't available, sugar-dot would do the trick.

but then

then, oh my gosh.

i see the date the account was created.
three years ago.

and it doesn't have any activity and just a few pageviews.

the realization starts to dawn on me.

i log off, make a password retrieval, just to make sure

and THEN

I HATE MY OLD SELF, WHY WOULD I EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO MAKE A NEW DEVIANTART ACCOUNT............................ THIS ONE WAS PERFECTLY FINE. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING WRONG?????? WHY WOULD I DO THIS.


i was whining and thinking i wouldn't be able to deactivate the account, but i saw that dA actually allows people to deactivate.... so that's good, i guess.
well, at least i have a placeholder account, for when i can actually buy a core subscription and change my username to what i want. gosh, this is so lame. i wish we could be able to spend like, a dollar and be able to change only the username. i have no interest at all on premium membership for now, i only want to change my username....

that's my life, i guess.

spring cleaning yaaay! (shut up, it's spring where i live, i KNOW that's autumn over there.)
i moved every single piece of old art to the scrap session, where it belongs. everything is nice, clean and ready for a new start!

i really think that deviantART should have a mass "move to scraps" button, though. it was a very taxing and embarrassing task to move all of the bad art to where it belongs. i'm cringing so hard. but it was necessary! now everything looks ok.

OK, everything about this deviantart profile is very very very embarrassing. From the username, to the awful profile pic, to most of the art I have here.
It's not like I have gotten much better at art, but then again, those things are very old, and I really don't like old.

I want to revamp this page. Let's see if I can do it. I have already started doing it, deleting my old journals (so much negativity! so much teenage-whining!) and organizing my old stuff in a separated folder.
Gotta post some newer things, as well.

Is there anyone here that I used to talk to? It feels that there are many artists still active, but what about people I'd used to talk?
